Rotax Maintenance

Hands-on line maintenance on Rotax 912 and 914 engines — 5-year rubber replacement, carb sync, cooling and ignition service, and the 100-hour and annual inspections, done the Rotax way.

Overview

Rotax engines are not Lycomings, and they should not be wrenched on like one. The shop works straight to the current Rotax Line Maintenance Manual and factory procedures — 5-year rubber replacement, carburetor synchronization, oil and coolant service, ignition and cooling-system work, spark plug service, and the 100-hour and annual Rotax inspection schedule. Whether your 912 lives in an LSA, an experimental, or a certified airframe, it gets the right intervals, the right torque values, and the right parts — serviced the way Rotax specifies rather than guessed at.

Scope of work

  • Rotax 912 / 914 line maintenance
  • 5-year rubber (hose) replacement
