Privacy Policy

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit the service-request form or contact us by phone, text, or email, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, aircraft make/model and tail number, and a description of the work you need. We do not ask for, and have no use for, sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to schedule and perform aircraft maintenance.

Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect basic technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit — through server logs and cookies or similar technologies. We use this to keep the site running and secure, to understand how visitors find and use the site, and to measure and improve the advertising that brings aircraft owners here. We use the information you send to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule work, perform and document maintenance, and keep in touch about your aircraft. We may keep maintenance-related records as needed to meet FAA recordkeeping expectations and to provide continuity of service on your aircraft.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do run online advertising to reach aircraft owners across our service area, and we use limited analytics and advertising tools to measure how well those ads perform and to show our ads to people who have already visited this site — all described in “Cookies, analytics & advertising” below.

Our booking form is handled by Netlify Forms, the form service built into our website host. When you submit it, your entry is transmitted securely and stored in our Netlify dashboard so we can follow up. That data is subject to Netlify’s own security and privacy practices in addition to ours.

We share information only where it is necessary to do the work, run the business, or operate this site — for example with the providers that host our website and forms (such as Netlify) and the analytics and advertising platforms we use to measure and place ads (such as Google and Meta), or where we are required to by law. Those platforms handle the data they collect under their own privacy policies. We never sell your personal information.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to understand aggregate site traffic, and to support our online advertising. We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) pixel to measure which ads and pages bring owners to us, to count form submissions and calls as conversions, and to show our ads to people who have already visited this site (commonly called remarketing). These tools may set their own cookies and collect device and usage data under their own privacy policies.

We do not use this advertising data to learn anything sensitive about you, and we never sell it. You stay in control: adjust your Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com, opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu, and use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. The site still works fine with advertising cookies turned off.
