Factory-zero overhauls, hot-section inspections, and cylinder work with full test-cell run-up before release.

Overview

We overhaul piston and turbine powerplants to factory new-limits or service-limits at your election. Hot-section inspections, borescope evaluations, cylinder replacement, and prop strike teardowns are handled in-house. Each engine is reassembled to published torque and clearance specs, then run on our calibrated test cell to verify oil pressure, EGT spread, and fuel flow before it returns to your aircraft.
