Skin replacement, structural splice repairs, and corrosion control performed to OEM structural repair manuals.

Overview

Our structures team works from current OEM Structural Repair Manuals and approved engineering data to restore load-bearing integrity. Capabilities cover aluminium sheet metal fabrication, bonded and bolted composite repair, fastener and rivet replacement, and full corrosion mapping with conductivity testing. Every repair is documented with before-and-after imagery and released against an FAA Form 8110-3 where a Designated Engineering Representative sign-off is required.
